Initial Deposit

  • An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.


Scheduled Deposit

  • 14 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected.

Standard Occupancy & Additional Guest Policy


Each dome reservation includes accommodations for up to 2 adult guests per night.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult, not to exceed occupancy limits.

Children age 17 and under stay free.

Additional adult guests (over the age of 17) are permitted at a rate of $25 per person, per night.

Maximum occupancy limits vary by dome type and must not be exceeded for safety reasons.


Pet Policy


We welcome well-behaved pets so you can enjoy your glamping getaway with your furry companions.


Limit:
 Up to 2 pets per dome, each weighing 50 pounds or less.

Fee:
 $25 per pet, per night, non-refundable.

Crate Requirement:
 Pets must be crated at all times when left unattended in the dome.

Crate Rentals:
 Available upon request for $25 per night.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

refundable pet deposit of $250 will be collected at check-in (in addition to any other deposits).


Check-In / Check-Out


Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM

Check-Out:
 By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.


Payment & Cancellation Policy


To confirm your reservation, a payment of the first night's rate. Upon check-in a 
$100 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be 
automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival to the credit card on file.

To change your payment method, please contact the Front Office before the final payment is processed.

If the payment fails, you will be contacted and have 
24 hours to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Cancellations made 
more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. If you date of travel is within 14 days, Guests can request a one time modification of their reservation as long as the new stay date is within 3o days of the original reservation date.

The damage deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days after departure, provided 
no damages are found and all in-dome amenities are accounted for.


Quiet Hours


Quiet hours are enforced from 
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the serene glamping environment and fellow guests.


Smoking & Fire Safety


All domes and shared areas are 
non-smoking, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping. If evidence or odor of smoking is detected inside the domes, a $500 smoking fee will be charged.

Designated smoking areas are available on the property.

Open flames (candles, personal fire pits) are strictly prohibited.


Resort fire pits may be used at guests' own risk only while actively burning.
 Guests are not permitted to turn fire pits on or off—please contact resort staff for assistance.


Alcohol & Cannabis Policy


Alcohol is permitted for guests 
21 years and older within their private dome or in designated areas.

In compliance with local law, 
cannabis consumption is prohibited in public or shared spaces and must not impact other guests’ experience.


In-Dome Amenities & Property Policy


Each dome is thoughtfully outfitted with premium amenities including 
robes, slippers, pillows, throws, and kitchenware.

Any items missing after check-out will be billed to the card on file at full replacement value.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy these items during their stay but 
not remove them from the premises.


Guest Code of Conduct


To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we ask guests to:


  • Be courteous and respectful to staff, other guests, and the natural environment.

  • Refrain from loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Supervise all children and pets at all times.

  • Use all resort facilities responsibly and report any damages or concerns.



Violation of these policies may result in removal from the property without refund.
